Our fees are thoughtfully set to cover the essential costs of running the club, including facility maintenance, equipment, coaching staff, and mandatory insurance and membership with the Independent Gymnastics Association (IGA). As a volunteer-run club
Class fees are billed monthly, with invoices sent by the 28th of each month. Payment is due on the 1st, and you can pay either via direct debit (which will be collected on the 1st) or through our member app.
Fees are based on 48 weeks of classes per year, as we close for two weeks during Christmas and you have an additional option to take two weeks of holiday at your convenience. These holiday breaks are already accounted for in the fees, so no refunds are required. Unfortunately, missed classes outside of these breaks are non-refundable, and we cannot offer alternative "catch-up" sessions due to the need to maintain coach-to-gymnast ratios.
A £10 late payment fee will be applied if payment is not received by the 7th of the month. Failure to settle the balance by this date may result in the loss of your child's place in the class.
Current Class Costs
Upon joining, an annual Independent Gymnastics Association (IGA) membership fee is required. This fee is due each September and is mandated by our sport's governing body, the IGA. All new members must register with the IGA if their child trains for more than one hour per week. The membership fee also includes insurance, providing peace of mind for both gymnasts and parents.

These fees support our affiliation with the IGA, ensuring that all members are covered by comprehensive insurance and that we continue to maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and accessibility in all our programs.
You don't need to do anything as we will register your child after successful assessment. Please note that without this payment and registration your child will not be able to train with us beyond the assessment dates.
